Prepared for FNF Corporate
Three Brands. One Strategy. Unstoppable Visibility.
A comprehensive brand authority and podcast program built specifically for FNF's Growth Architect team. Three individual personal brands, one collective podcast, and a content engine that turns every conversation into market presence.
FNF created something no other title company has: dedicated Growth Architects embedded in the field, operating as high-level consultative resources for the top 10% of real estate professionals. The role exists. The results are already there. But the market doesn't see it yet.
This program changes that. We build three individual personal brands that establish each Growth Architect as a recognized authority in their territory, launch a collective podcast that positions FNF at the forefront of industry thought leadership, and create a content system that generates 60+ pieces of content per month with minimal time investment from the team.
The goal isn't followers. It's conversations, connections, and title orders. When a top-producing agent sees your content before a meeting, the sales cycle shortens. When they share your podcast with their network, your reach compounds. When they Google your name and find authority, trust is already built before you walk in the room.
Each Growth Architect receives a fully individualized brand strategy, content cadence, and market positioning tailored to their territory and audience. Where markets overlap, we cross-pollinate.
Territory: Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Hawaii
Deep industry veteran. 13+ years building high-performing title relationships across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
Territory: Arizona, Nevada, Colorado
Former #3 hire in Arizona's top-performing title operation. 11+ years driving growth for elite real estate professionals in competitive Southwest markets.
Territory: Texas, Oklahoma
Building FNF's Growth Architect presence across the largest and fastest-growing real estate markets in the South.
Every Growth Architect gets the full stack. Strategy, production, publishing, and reporting. Show up, talk, and we handle everything else.
One podcast shared by all three Growth Architects. Episodes are recorded in-person at the Scottsdale studio when schedules align, or via high-quality video call when they don't. Any combination works: all three in the room, two digital and one in-studio, or everyone on video. The format is flexible. The output is consistent.
Total content produced across all three Growth Architects and the collective podcast. This is your monthly output at full capacity.
We don't chase vanity metrics. Every KPI ties back to the outcomes FNF cares about: visibility, authority, relationships, and title orders.
Conversations initiated from content. DMs, comments, and inbound messages from top-producing agents who saw your content before a meeting.
When prospects consume your content before first contact, trust is pre-built. We track how content shortens the path from introduction to title order.
Reach and impressions within target markets. How many of the top 10% of agents in each territory are seeing Growth Architect content consistently.
Pieces published per week, engagement rate, and platform growth. The operational metric that proves the engine is running at full capacity.
Guests booked, episodes published, and strategic relationships created through the podcast. Each guest is a warm connection for future business.
Search visibility, social presence growth, and third-party mentions. When someone Googles a Growth Architect, they should find authority, not silence.
Both options include everything: three individual brands, the collective podcast, full production, publishing, and reporting. The only difference is commitment and cost.
Once approved, we move fast. Here's the exact path from green light to first content going live.
Aaron and Stelle review this scope, align with leadership, and confirm the engagement. Onboarding questionnaires are sent to all three Growth Architects.
Three individual deep-dive sessions (one per Growth Architect) plus one collective session. We learn your stories, markets, and competitive positioning. Full Brand OS documents are built from these sessions.
Brand strategies delivered for review. First batch content session scheduled. Podcast format, name, and launch plan finalized. Landing pages go live.
Content engine is running. Publishing cadence established across all platforms. Podcast episodes in production. Monthly reporting begins. From here, you just show up and talk — we handle the rest.
Review this scope with your team. When you're ready to move, we'll have onboarding questionnaires in your inbox the same day.

By executing this agreement, Client agrees to the following terms. This engagement constitutes a binding service agreement between Client and Closing Day Agency, d/b/a Qinary ("Company"). Upon execution, a dedicated team is assembled and assigned exclusively to Client's account. All fees are billed in advance to reserve team capacity and production resources. Payment is due in full regardless of utilization. Non-participation, including missed meetings, unanswered communications, delayed approvals, or failure to submit required materials, does not constitute grounds for cancellation, pause, credit, or refund.
All engagements require a minimum 90-day commitment. Month-to-month billing engagements continue after the initial 90-day term on a month-to-month basis and require 60 days written notice prior to the next billing date to cancel. Quarterly commitment engagements are billed at the start of each 90-day period, auto-renew at the beginning of each new quarter, and require 60 days written notice prior to the next quarterly billing date to cancel. Early termination during any commitment period requires payment of all remaining months in that period.
Clients who select the quarterly commitment option receive a discounted rate in exchange for prepayment of each 90-day term. Quarterly payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. The discounted rate applies only while the quarterly billing structure is maintained. Switching to month-to-month billing reverts to the standard monthly rate.
All content, strategies, brand assets, and deliverables created by Company on behalf of Client remain the intellectual property of Client upon full payment. Company retains the right to showcase work in portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless Client provides written objection. Client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, and any materials required for content production. Delays caused by Client do not extend deadlines or reduce fees.
Closing Day Agency, d/b/a Qinary, does not issue refunds under any circumstances. Payment of any invoice constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Company is not liable for missed publishing dates, reduced engagement, or performance outcomes resulting from third-party platform changes, algorithm updates, or client delays in approval or content submission. Services are provided on a best-effort basis and no specific results are guaranteed.
